   A new annual service that provides busy homeowners with a committed, regularly-scheduled handyperson, a convenient app-based to-do list, and exclusive time-saving benefits.

2. What are service hours?
   A real-life handyperson doing in-person service work to improve and maintain your home based on your requests and their expertise.
3. Do I pay service fees or visit fees each visit?
   No. Your membership includes on-site handy labor as well as basic materials.
4. What if specialized materials or labor are required?
   We'll help research, and suggest next steps that will serve you best.
5. Who is my handyperson?
   A trusted, experienced, and skilled craftsperson who is committed to providing you and your home with consistent ongoing home maintenance, repair, advisory, and improvement.
6. How do I schedule hours?

7. How do specialist referrals work?
   Simply text (781) 694-6635. Our local team of homeowner advocates will point you to the right providers, or help lead your booking.
8. When would I use expert advice?
   Just text us for time-saving guidance on any home service. Our team of homeowner advocates are eager to share lessons learned using various materials (e.g. composite vs wood), products (e.g. Ring vs Simplisafe), and providers.
9. Can I use hours early, to complete larger jobs?
   Yes
10. Can homeowners in neighboring towns become Wellesley Home Hero members?
