Eric Pinsker-Smith
Homeowner Advocate & Co-Founder
Eric's knowledge derives from hands-on experiences directly helping over 1,000 Wellesley Homes through his beloved "Just Ask Eric" handy person service. As a handy person, Eric has gone on-site to homes in Wellesley to provide an unusually broad array of high-touch services, ranging from snowblower/lawn-mower repair, smart home technology installation, computer support, garage opener programming, and car detailing, in addition to traditional handy work like hanging televisions, fixing cabinet hinges, and much much more.
Eric's passion for sustainability and the environment makes him a favorite resource for homeowners exploring EV charging, washer/dryer repair or replacement, landscaping, irrigation, lighting, HVAC, water filters, tree work, and solar energy.
After graduating from Wellesley High School, Eric went on to earn a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Sustainability. Eric has worked in the sustainable energy industry since 2018, in addition to both Just Ask Eric and Wellesley Home Hero. In 2024's Swellesley Report write-up on Wellesley Home Hero, Bob Brown called Eric our "not-so-secret weapon."

Adam Stober
Homeowner Advocate & Co-Founder
Adam's knowledge derives from personal experience guiding 50+ homeowners and booking dozens of home services across Wellesley as the town's first "Home Hero." Adam also brings experiences personally serving his own Wellesley home since 2021, and operating whole-home house management services for multiple Wellesley homeowners from 2022 through 2024.
Adam's passion for helping Wellesley homeowners actually get their time back makes him a trusted source of knowledge for homeowners exploring roof replacements, rotted frames for windows and doors, porches and decks, painting, exterior washing, moving services, plus outdoor outlets and spigots.
Adam earned an International M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, a B.A. from Tufts University, and a Full Stack Web Developer Nanodegree from Udacity. He is a Certified Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing Certified, and has taught emerging Product leaders as an instructor at Product School. Before dedicating his own time to serving homeowners, Adam led software product management teams at Amazon Web Services, Google, and OpenTable.

Adam Erickson
Software Engineer & Co-Founder
Adam is responsible for building unique software solutions to help homeowners save time, starting with HeroBot.Adam brings over 20 years of software engineering experience, and is passionate about creating innovative, scalable, and user-friendly applications that solve real-world problems.
Adam has previous entrepreneurial experience helping to found a Montessori school, and when Adam first heard about Heroic Services from a former coworker, he was inspired to build from scratch, expand his technical expertise, and have a true sense of ownership while scaling Heroic Services to help a larger set of homeowners.
Adam graduated from University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a BSBA in Management and Information Systems. After 10 years in Seattle and 1 in Munich, Adam returned to Nebraska, where he resides today with his modern family.
Adam loved downhill skiing when he was younger, but now sees it as a recipe for broken hips.

Jamie Stober

Jamie is Wellesley Home Hero's biggest inspiration, critic, and fan. All at once.
Jamie moved to Wellesley in 2021 and quickly found herself short on time while prioritizing her growing Data role at Airbnb, building new relationships locally, enjoying quality experiences with family and longtime friends, traveling, and her biggest promotion to date: becoming a Mom. The founding inspiration behind Wellesley Home Hero is to support Jamie in her desire to get more done not just with home projects, but with everything she deserves.
Jamie earned a BSBA from Northeastern, and is the founding member of the Wellesley Mother Forum's Outdoor Parents Group. Jamie is also an active member of Temple Beth Elohim's Families with Young Children group. When Jamie miraculously finds time, she enjoys presenting to the Wellesley Neighbors as an invited speaker, and officiated a wedding for two Airbnb coworkers that she introduced.

Dana Etra
Visionary & Customer 1
Dana is Wellesley Home Hero's most visionary customer.
Dana moved to Wellesley in 2019. Over time, she found her list of homeowner projects somehow growing larger and more difficult to manage. Even before Wellesley Home Hero had its name, website, or flagship membership, Dana consistently and generously gave the constructive criticism needed to turn Wellesley Home Hero into the innovative solution that helps busy homeowners like her "actually get their time back."
As the Managing Director of FW Cook's Wellesley-based practice, Dana uniquely understands the value of time for busy professionals, both from her own demanding career, as well as from her specific and sought-after expertise in human capital strategy and executive compensation.
Dana holds both a BA and an MA from Brandeis University, and she enjoys active time outdoors, especially in Vermont.

Nikhil Abraham
Operations
Nik advises Wellesley Home Hero on how to best serve homeowners and grow an early-stage startup. His involvement is inspired by his desire to better solve the time-consuming house management challenges that he faces every day.
Nik is an experienced CFO, who has previously led finance for Resident and Udacity. Prior to joining Udacity, Nik worked at Codecademy and founded an education technology startup which received funding from Y Combinator. Nik received a J.D.-M.B.A from the University of Chicago and a B.A. from Tufts University.
More recently, Nik has published Coding for Dummies and Getting a Coding Job for Dummies, and he served as a Lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School, teaching students to apply modern technology tools to legal analysis in a course titled "Coding and the Law." Nik has also previously held positions at Boston Consulting Group, Goldman Sachs, and Wachtell Lipton, and he serves on the board of Weston United, a non-profit providing housing and support to people who are homeless and mentally ill.
Nik is an increasingly avid downhill skier.
